Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown by IHG

Amazing hotel, clean, unbelievable welcoming staff. Great location. Breakfast this morning; Hannah and Kirten are amazing. I was in a hurry, they were excellent and had me on my way very quickly. Marvin has great customer service. Tania does an amazing job, thanks to her the room was very clean.

The breakfast menu is great, and I highly recommend the Banana bread french toast. Bedding was the coziest and most comfortable I've had recently. Thanks for the kind messages from Vita and Katey... Though 3 cards might be a bit much

Overall, our experience was very good. A special thank you to Karl in the restaurant — he was very kind, professional, and welcoming. His excellent service really stood out and made our stay even better. ⭐

The restaurant was lovely and service was great. Room was clean with a nice view. We especially liked the hairdryer haha. Bed was comfortable and we slept in because it was so comfortable! Location is great, it is right beside the arena where the Wildcats play which we didn’t know until we arrived, which let us do a spontaneous adventure across the street to watch their home opener!

I recently stayed at this property and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. Overall, the hotel was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, and most of the staff were genuinely welcoming. It truly felt like a five star stay until breakfast. As long time IHG members, we were under the impression that breakfast was included with our stay. When we arrived at the restaurant, we mentioned this to our waiter, who kindly said he would confirm with the front desk. After some back and forth, he returned and told us not to worry, breakfast was indeed covered under our membership. Naturally, we enjoyed our meal feeling confident that it had been taken care of. However, when the meal ended, the same waiter silently dropped off a bill for $73. No explanation. No apology. Just the bill. It was awkward and disappointing, especially after being told we did not need to pay. I would not have minded paying if we had been informed properly from the start, but the lack of clarity and professionalism in how it was handled left a very poor impression. This experience really overshadowed what was otherwise a perfect stay. I hope management takes note, as situations like this can easily be avoided with better communication. The most incredible bed. Would come back just for that. The room was large, airy and comfortable. We'll appointed with a large tv as well. Samantha who cleaned my room left it absolutely spotless. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. I'll have to try for dinner as well next time. our server Tess was friendly , attentive and quick. Easily walkable to event venues, shopping and restaurants.

We are having a great time at the Crowne Plaza Hotel so far! The staff is lovely and welcoming. A personalized envelope was slipped under the door welcoming us to the hotel with a contact name and information if we needed anything as well (Marc and Laura) as to invite us to their guest appreciation night and a free appetizer for the hotel restaurant. All of the staff seem to be eager to help and accommodate the guests (shout out to Leonardo who I mention in the restaurant/food section in the review below) The crown Plaza downtown Moncton is a great location with good food, clean rooms and exceptional service. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Super clean and staff is very friendly. We had a slight issue with our room (no 2 queens available) but they ended up giving us 2 king rooms for the price of the one room. All worked out. Baton Rouge is a really good restaurant and was a nice plus to have right there without leaving. Pool/hot tub/steam room was so nice. There were kids hockey teams there and it was kinda annoying but they were just having fun. Hotel is super clean. My only complaint would be the parking lot, it is not free which should be (for the price) And is not a large parking lot for the size of hotel, very congested.
